PHILADELPHIA ROOTED. HUMAN FOCUSED.

I help operators
build capacity
with AI employees.

You built something that matters. Let’s give it more capacity than one calendar can carry.

I’m Vince. I install AI employees, train the people who lead them, and help operators make room for the work only they can do.

01 / SELECTED WORK

From a conversation
to something you can use.

Inside the tools. In front of the room. Making AI useful starts with work people recognize.

BUILDING & TEACHING

A recurring task becomes a working rhythm.

This workspace example from my cohort materials brings a daily CRM action list, an evening check-in, and working documents into one place.

02 / WORK WITH ME

Start where the
work needs help.

One operator, three ways to help. We’ll find the right starting point together.

01AI implementation

Install an AI employee.

Give recurring work a job description, a home, and a review rhythm. Start with one useful role inside the business you already run.

  • A role built around your workflow
  • Tools and permissions with clear boundaries
  • Support putting the employee to work
Talk about an install
02Team training

Equip the people.

Help your team learn to brief, inspect, and improve AI-supported work. Build practical habits around the tools and responsibilities they already have.

  • Hands-on learning with real tasks
  • Shared standards for reviewing AI work
  • Confidence to keep using it afterward
Talk about your team
03Speaking & workshops

Bring it into the room.

Make AI concrete for your community. Working examples, plain language, and a conversation grounded in the questions people actually bring.

  • Operator and leadership conversations
  • Live demonstrations and working sessions
  • A practical next step for the room

03 / THE COMPANY I’M BUILDING

Work outside the box.
Let the box do the work.

CubiCrew is how I install AI employees inside the business you already run. A real role, a dedicated home, and support until it becomes part of your working day.

04 / CAPACITY IS A HUMAN QUESTION

Your business needs you.
Every task doesn’t.

The point of delegation is having more attention for your people, your judgment, and your life.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO SEE THE WEEK

168 hours.
A finite amount of you.

A scheduled AI employee can run outside your working hours. Your attention can go toward deciding, reviewing, and living.

05 / HOW WE GET THERE

One useful role.
Then build from there.

Start small enough to use. Make the handoff clear. Improve it with the people doing the work.

  1. 01

    Name the work.

Find a recurring task, the inputs it needs, and the person who knows what good looks like.

  2. 02

    Build the role.

Write the job description. Connect the right tools. Set permissions and approval points.

  3. 03

    Put it to work.

Run it with your team. Review the output and make the working instructions clearer.

  4. 04

    Make it a habit.

Keep a review rhythm. Extend the role when the first job is useful and dependable.

06 / THE OPERATOR BEHIND IT

I know what it’s like
to be the bottleneck.

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

I’ve built things for other people while running into the limits of my own time. That’s personal.

My work has moved through creative technology, education, and business operations. The question that connects it all: how do we give people more room to do the work that matters?

CubiCrew grew out of that question. I work with operators to give recurring tasks a home, and with teams to make the handoff useful. The technology should serve the people around it.

BEFORE WE TALK

Good questions.
Plain answers.

What could an AI employee do in my business?

Start with one recurring job: preparing a weekly brief, researching prospects, organizing incoming requests, or drafting follow-ups. We look at your actual workflow, choose a useful first role, and define what good work looks like before building it.

Do I need to be technical?

You need to know your business and be willing to review the work. I help with the setup, job description, working instructions, and review habits. Team training is part of helping the system become useful in your day-to-day operation.

What do I own, and what runs in the cloud?

With an owned-hardware installation, the computer and local working files belong to you. The setup can still use paid AI models and connected cloud tools. We agree on those services, data access, costs, and permissions before the install. Owning the hardware does not automatically make every part of the workflow local.

Who checks the work?

You and your team remain responsible for review and decisions. We define permissions, approval points, and a regular review rhythm around the role. The aim is useful delegation with clear boundaries and human judgment.

How do we get started?

Email me with one recurring task that takes more of your attention than it should. We will arrange a conversation about the work, the people involved, and whether an installation, training, or another next step makes sense. Scope and timing are agreed together.

LET’S START WITH THE ACTUAL WORK

What’s taking more
of you than it should?

Bring one recurring task. We’ll talk through what’s happening, what could change, and whether I’m the right person to help.
